ESPRIT DE FRANCE IS AVAILABLE DURING THE CRISIS TO MANAGE RESERVATIONS:

Preparing your post quarantine stay with peace of mind : 
We have reviewed all our terms and conditions to offer guests organising trips more flexibility.
Reservations made after 6 April 2020 and until 31 December 2021 
may be changed or cancelled, free of charge, up to 2 days before arrival.

Any news about when the hotels will re-open due to the current coronavirus situation ?
After being closed several months, the Hotel d'Orsay is now open.

Can I alter my reservation?
For all reservations booked before 16 March 2020, please contact the establishment directly for reservation terms and conditions.

Cancelling reservations booked on Booking.com, Expedia.com or another distributor website :
Please contact the distributor in question directly because we do not have the possibility to directly modify your reservations on these platforms, unlike reservations made on our own websites.


Cancelling, postponing or making a reservation at a chateau, a private residence or a hotel outside Paris :
Please contact the establishment directly for reservation terms and conditions.

What about room service?

What is the lockdown situation like in Paris?
We suggest all non French resident travellers read the World Health Organisation's instructions and abide by the travelling measures set up in their country of residence. 

The French government has set up measures to eliminate contracting or spreading the Covid19 virus:

Access to bars, restaurants, museums and leisure activities is subject to the "pass sanitaire". You must have completed the full vaccination scheme or present a negative test.
- Traffic on all public transports is working normally.
- The traffic of RER B underground line is back to normal to Roissy-Charles de Gaulle.
- Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport is open yet subject to mobility restrictions.
- The Orly Val airport shuttle service is back to normal.
- The Orly Airport is open yet subject to mobility restrictions. 

OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL :

How have hygiene and cleaning measures changed at the hotels? 
See list of our main actions below:
- All rooms, bathrooms and common areas will be fully cleaned before each establishment re-opens.
- Common area cleaning: all handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys will be systematically disinfected after each use.
- Rooms will not be re-let for 24 hours after guest departure (subject to availability). 
- Cleaning equipment will be changed after each room is cleaned, especially cloths and microfiber wipes. 
- All linen and courtesy products available in the room will be systematically changed before re-letting.
- Only NR EN 14476 + A2 standard disinfectant detergents will be used.
- An antiseptic deodorant will be sprayed after each room has been cleaned.



What prevention measures will staff follow? 
Equipment and preventive measures set up for the safety of our staff and guests alike :
- All staff will have masks, gloves and sanitising gel.
- All staff will apply preventive measures and wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction with guests/other staff.



How will hotel services be affected?
Hotel services will be reduced due to the current sanitary crisis to guarantee safety during your stay:
- Room service breakfast is available as well as open buffet with individual tongs to avoid interactions.
- The hotel is entitled to move guests to another Esprit de France hotel, subject to demand and available services.
Newspapers, books and stationery have been removed from rooms and common areas because they are possible sources of contamination.

Will masks and sanitising gel be available for guests?
Yes, we will offer all guests masks and sanitising gel on arrival for their safety inside and outside the hotel.
