Le Comptoir du Colombier
An authentic Ardèche-style bouillon, located in Bourg-Saint-Andéol, on the right bank of the Rhône.
Here, the spirit of Le Colombier takes on a simple, everyday expression, centred on local, circular cuisine. The bouillon menu offers a short, clear formula: a choice of starter, main course and dessert, with a selection of cheeses available as an extra. The produce comes exclusively from the vegetable garden and Ardèche producers, with no detours and no unnecessary frills. The venue is independent from the Domaine, while remaining true to its spirit: seasonal, direct and committed cuisine, firmly rooted in its region.
A shop and wine cellar complete the experience, offering produce from the vegetable garden, honey from the beehives and a carefully selected range of biodynamic wines.
