To this end, we implement a daily environmental policy aimed at reducing our footprint and encouraging more responsible everyday practices.

To reduce water and energy waste, towels are replaced only when necessary. If you would like them changed, please place them on the floor. Towels left on the towel warmer will be considered clean and will not be replaced. Similarly, if you would like your bedsheets changed, please inform reception; otherwise, they will not be replaced until your departure.

As part of our sorting and recycling efforts, we also kindly ask you to leave empty glass waste separately in your room to make it easier for our housekeeping team to collect.
