For the menu, Chef Thierry Balligand brings his Northern French heritage to conjure up simple, passionate cuisine rooted in southern flavors. The products are local and chosen according to the seasons. Everything is cooked and seasoned to perfection. The presentation leaves nothing to chance, paying tribute to the pastry school where the chef learned his craft. To enhance your experience, the restaurant’s menu changes every two weeks. Le Pigonnet’s sommelier offers one of the finest wine lists in the region, creating the perfect food and wine pairings. When the weather’s is sunny, enjoy a drink on the hotel terrace shaded by century-old chestnut trees.
