Welcome to the traditional afternoon tea! Every weekend from September to April, Chef Kevin Lacote’s pâtisseries are coming to the Brighton. We offer an exquisite selection of cakes and pastries made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and completely coloring-free. From the vanilla Saint Honoré and the Kara Damia to the chocolate eclair, flan, and surprise pâtisserie, you’ll discover a gourmet ritual, open to all, celebrating one of France’s key living heritage arts.
