Known locally as "the Little Versailles", the Château des Vigiers is situated in the heart of the "Purple Périgord" region, near Bordeaux. The great vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes, Médoc and Bergerac are all within easy reach.
Dating from the 16th century, the Château has been converted into a luxury hotel with charming bedrooms individually decorated with taste and style.
The Château is set amongst 25 hectares of vineyards and the wines on the estate are produced under the expert guidance of Michel Rolland.
The golf course meanders through plum orchards and age-old oak woods, skirting vineyards and lakes.
